At Wine Cellar Kingdom, we want you to feel confident that you are receiving competitive pricing on the wine cellar cooling systems, wine storage equipment, and related products we offer.

If you find the identical product advertised for a lower price by an eligible competitor, contact us before placing your order. We will review the offer and, when it meets the requirements below, match the qualifying price.

How Our Price Match Works

To request a price match, contact us at sales@winecellarkingdom.com with:

  • The product name and model number

  • The competitor's name

  • A link to the competitor's product page or other verifiable proof of the advertised price

  • Any relevant details regarding shipping, handling, installation, or additional charges

Our team will verify the competing offer and confirm whether it qualifies for a price match.

Eligibility Requirements

The competing product must:

  • Be the same brand, model, configuration, and condition as the product offered by Wine Cellar Kingdom

  • Be currently available for purchase

  • Be offered by an established U.S. retailer, authorized dealer, or other legitimate seller

  • Be a publicly advertised price that can be independently verified

  • Include comparable shipping and other mandatory charges when determining the final comparable price

  • Be available to customers under substantially similar purchase conditions

For products subject to manufacturer pricing policies, advertised-price restrictions, or supplier-specific pricing requirements, price-match requests are subject to the applicable manufacturer and supplier policies.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Clearance, liquidation, closeout, or going-out-of-business prices

  • Temporary pricing errors or obvious pricing mistakes

  • Coupon codes, promotional codes, rebates, cashback offers, or gift-card promotions

  • Membership-only or employee-only pricing

  • Auction, marketplace, or peer-to-peer listings

  • Used, refurbished, open-box, damaged, or otherwise non-new products

  • Products that are out of stock or unavailable for immediate purchase

  • Custom, special-order, or specially configured products unless specifically approved

  • Bundles or packages that include products, services, installation, accessories, or other items not included with our product

  • Prices that require a trade-in or other conditional purchase

  • Prices from unauthorized dealers when authorization is required by the manufacturer

  • International sellers or prices in currencies other than U.S. dollars

  • Offers that cannot be independently verified

  • Products with materially different shipping, freight, handling, installation, or service terms

After-Purchase Price Adjustments

If an eligible competitor advertises a lower price shortly after you purchase from Wine Cellar Kingdom, contact us with the details. We may review the difference for a potential price adjustment, subject to the same eligibility requirements and any applicable manufacturer or supplier restrictions.

Price adjustments are not automatic and must be approved by Wine Cellar Kingdom.

Manufacturer Pricing & Special Orders

Some wine cellar cooling systems and other specialized products are subject to manufacturer pricing policies or are shipped directly from manufacturers and suppliers. In these cases, our ability to match a competitor's price may depend on the applicable supplier's pricing requirements, product availability, and fulfillment terms.

We will always review qualifying requests and provide the best available pricing we can offer.
